i’ll be the first to admit: i’m a “top blogs” fanatic.
you’ll find some of the BEST stuff there, fo’ reals.
but did you know you could SORT them by RATING? that’s right, folks, our sites are rated — not only by YOU, but potentially, the people that READ you. you can also adjust an individual post’s ratings accordingly, but i digress.
(if you use xanga themes, click on your site. look at your top bar … a little to the left … there! see “your rating”? click it. voila!)
when you switch up your filter, you see different blogs in different positions (and sometimes, just DIFFERENT content overall!)
my general rating is a “B”, so this is what i see by default:
when i move it to “C”, though, ATTR takes over the top spot and dan drops out of the top four. weird, right?!
btw, the rating will always show you that rating and ABOVE, at “B”, i only see “A” and “B” rated blogs. this keeps me from accidentally happening on something i don’t want to see (so unless you’ve submitted all the necessary forms, don’t worry about “EX”!)
now, go forth, good people! check your site’s rating and enjoy your new-found filter fun!
(the question that started it all remains: what rating do you sort your top blogs by? what is your site’s rating?)
