cat complex.
“meow, meow, meow,” is all we hear from milo.
“meow, meow, meow, meow, meow, meow, MEOW!!”
i’m proud to say that i am pretty well-versed in the language of the kitty.
simply translated, he is saying:
needy little thing, isn’t he?!
oh, and alex and i are pretty sure we have a cat with a complex.
he is searching for approval and reassurance for EVERYTHING he does.
as i’m getting ready in the morning, he will scream his head off until i follow him into the kitchen and watch him eat. i used to be able to stand there for a second, acknowledge his munchings and crunchings, and leave.now, i have to stay well into the first act.
when he plays, we have to be there. he will chase us into his room of choice to behold the greatness that is teh milo.
when he’s sunning on the ottoman, he stretches his arm out and paws you until you look at him. *tap tap tap* “now i have her attention …” *streeeeetccchhhhhhh* “did ya see that? did ya like that?!”
okay, so maybe it’s not an approval complex as much as it is him being a damn attention whore.
lol, just like his mommy, i’d think.
loves teh kitteh!

I LOVE IT!!! Hahaha My parents cat is the same way. She is such an attention whore.
Milo is adorable!
As soon as I buy this property and have a decent place to live ON the property, I will be buying two kitties!!!!!
He sounds just as needy as my cat. She drives me and my husband crazy sometimes. We actually have to hide her toys at night so she doesn’t wake us up to show them to us in the middle of the night!
Interesting cat behavior. I didn’t know cats act the same as humans.
It’s not just your cat. Trust me!
Your cat is very cute.
Awesome!
