hehe. My cat will only drink from a running water source, typically a faucet.
But just TRY to give her a bath! 
She shows surprisingly little interest in our bed, preferring the cupboards instead. At this very moment she is about 3 feet from me chewing on a large rubber band…yeah, I dunno either…she’s…*odd*…
She does get that face sometimes though! When she is guarding the space behind the couch! Just touch the back of said couch, and kiss your fingers goodbye! I have a picture, I think I’ll post it on my own blog now, great inspiration!
@Child_of_the_Earth - i am pretty sure we have IDENTICAL cats. milo can NOT walk into the bathroom without whining for the faucet to be turned on. in fact, he’ll sit in the tub and SCREAM until we turn it on.
he also has this thing with cupboards … when he’s not getting attention, he stands at the cupboard, paws it open a little bit, and lets it slam shut. repeatedly. i’m pretty sure an angry teenager could be found in his tummy.
HAHAHA, he also gets into my hair “doo-daa” basket and pulls out all the rubber bands (and hair clips) … there are no less than three big ones on the floor. i think they multiply every time i pick one up.
and don’t get me started on the back of the couch … i’ve got tons of pictures posted on here with him swallowing that area!! (just tonight, he trapped himself behind the curtain on the window sill behind the couch … i took a video of it. priceless)
and yes, it seems that i’ve turned into a cat lady. hah. can’t wait to see your post!!
@BarelyJen - Izzy runs as soon as I open the bathroom door.
And will cry until the faucet is turned on for her! She used to take baths as a kitten(and even took a swim in my dad’s pond!), but during her ‘teenage’ stage, she decided water was for losers!
IZZY DOES THE EXACT SAME THING! She’ll mess with cupboard doors too! I think she’s usually trying to get them open rather than make noise though.
Izzy plays with anything not nailed down or placed in a hair tie sealed cupboard or closet! My dad’s cat Misty(whom I raised) LOVES ping pong balls, strangely! And they multiply too! Cats have strange mind powers!
I have a video on myspace of Izzy jumping out from the back of the couch!
My fiance won’t let me be a cat lady! I’ve just got Izzy, and when his mom moves to FL this month, I’m getting their kitten they can’t take. And that took convincing! lol!
