buckle booties.
I found these gladiator-style sandals at Macy’s this past weekend. I’m not really sure why I got them; they’re definitely not my normal style.
Sitting among heels, wedges and the latest fall boots, I guess these silly shoes were calling for me to take a fashion risk. And for 75% off, I could afford to.
Honestly, they’re so ugly, they’ve rounded the bend to awesome again. Leather throughout, I feel like someone found some extra belts and haphazardly wrapped them around my foot. (But in a cool way) Oh, and I sound like a Clydesdale when I walk, with all the jingle-jangling I’m doing.
What do you think of the shoes? Keeper or stinker?

I like them. Unique.
sorta really neat, too much belt around the ankle, the buckle on the foot like that is COOL!
I’d like to see them paired with a leather mini.
love them! It’s a keeper for me. I miss shopping with you!
@laurelitavera - COME VISIT!!!!!! I MISS YOU!!!!!
keepers.. I like funky kicks.
@BarelyJen - and we miss you too. Jeff is off Sunday/Monday. Is Alex ever off on Sunday?
i don’t think i’m suitable for styling advice..i’m going to sit this one out
@laurelitavera - He’s actually off on Monday next week, but I work. Ain’t that the way it goes …
Keeper. I like them, if the buckle were smaller I’d probably get them.
Stylish.
I say wear them if they make you feel confident and cute, I hate wearing clothes that I have to constantly second guess. but honestly they could be cute, they r just too bulky for my taste.
You must keep them. If you bought them, a part of you was attracted to them. I’m a nut of shoes and most time I won’t buy unless I can’t live without them. In your case, this is an opportunity to rock something you’d usually shy away from. As long as you’re confident, they’ll look perfect. This is going to sound cheesy as all get out but you’re going to have to BELIEVE in them
